Faton Kryeziu was born in Prizren in 1979. From 1998 to 2004, he studied and completed his Master’s in painting at the Academy of Arts in Prishtina. With experience in teaching, Faton Kryeziu is committed to passing on knowledge to the younger generations in drawing and painting.

Faton Kryeziu has opened over 20 personal exhibitions, in addition to his birthplace and the Balkans, also at the National Gallery of Arts, Prishtina, Galerie Brücke, in Germany, and Dalek Gallery, in Belgium. He has also participated in over 30 collective exhibitions at national and international levels. For the first time, he comes to Albania with a personal exhibition at the GOCAT art gallery.

Winner of two awards, “For successful achievements in painting” and the prize at the “Islamic Art” exhibition, Faton Kryeziu has also won first prize for the design of the sculpture trophy at the prestigious “Art on Ice” edition in Zurich, Switzerland.

Over 400 of his works are part of private collections in various countries around the world, including the United States, Bahrain, South Korea, Germany, Switzerland, and North Macedonia.
